BILLING POLICIES Payment is due when your invoice is received in order to guarantee service. Your service is NOT guaranteed until payment is received. For Daily Walk clients, payment is due at the 1st of the week unless prior arrangements have been agreed in contract.   All pet sitting is due before services are made.   All About Dogs... Walking and Pet Care does accept Pay Pal, Checks, Money orders, and Cash for your convenience. Trying to squeeze customers in is necessary at times however is does put a strain on our schedules. We are happy to do this one time free with no surcharge however future rushing will be charged accordingly. No Key On File: If you do not have a current copy of your key on file, and you request service with fewer than 48 hours (2 days) notice, you will incur a $15.00 fee which includes the $15.00 key pick up charge.   Should you require your key to be returned you will be subject to the return fees. Any unpaid balances are due 10 (ten) days from receipt of invoice and will accrue a $10 late payment fee every 30 days. Schedules are set with one week's notice. Should your schedule change, contact us immediately,via email or by phone: 303-933-8265 before 8am on the day of your scheduled visit. We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate you. Last minute calls and emergency visits are charged a $20.00 per visit minimum charge. 24 business hours notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and receive credit for unused service.(Except Holidays) 10 days notice,   Cancellation fees may be imposed for repeated cancellations. If a sitter arrives for your visit and you determine you do not want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for your regular visit, and All About Dogs... Walking and Pet Care reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.   Holidays Thanksgiving,Christmas: Dec 24th-26th New Years Eve, and  Day Easter,July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day The following holidays incur a $5-$10/visit holiday fee. Should you require a regularly scheduled midday walk on any of the above Holidays, please schedule in advance. You will be assessed $10.00 visit Holiday fee. Cancellation Fees are strictly enforced during the Holidays, We require a 10 day notice for   credit for any reserved service if you need to cancel.
