Unfortunately, we are not able to accomodate you or your pet if there is something on the list you are not comfortable with. However if you have a question,Please send me a email I will be happy to explain the reasoning for this requirement and perhaps you will understand. Allowing "All About Dogs...Walking and Pet Care" to provide a Service for you.
Most of our clients understand our policies and always ask if they don't.
You live outside our service area. We take our commitment to your pet's safety seriously -- as such we service a select area. That way we plan get to your pet at any time - even in emergency situations
Your pet has not been spayed/neutered (exception --Still a Puppy)
You are not willing to sign all the appropriate forms necessary to implement service
Your pet has bitten or otherwise harmed another pet or person
Your pet doesn't have basic social manners You want your dog to participate in Gangwalks;
You leave your dog &/or cat outside unattended and expect us to as well. If you have a doggie door we will have to close the door at the last visit of the p.m. and reopen the door at the first visit of the a.m.. With a written signed release of liability document signed by the owner.
Your dog pulls excessively on the leash
You often have EXTRA pets in your home that are not covered in your pet-care-info form
Your dog is highly anxious or protective during your absence and prevents us from accessing your home;
Cats: Some customers ask if we can leave them out over night unfortunately we can not. Living in the foothills of Colorado and all the new construction it is not safe! Wild life is moving into residential communities and we just can't be responsible. All pets will be brought inside before dark hours we can always make a additional trip for a late night outing. This is for your pets safety!
